Successful bow lift! The first thousand-ton crawler crane is hoisted into place

On December 20, 2024, at 10:17 am, the installation of the ethylene tower crane officially began. At the hoisting site, XGC88000 4000 tons crawler crane is used as the main crane, and XGC500-1 500 tons crawler crane is used to lift the tail. The two cranes work closely together, and with the precise rotation of the boom, the skirt bolt holes of the tower are gradually completely aligned with the anchor bolt holes of the foundation, realizing the accurate positioning of the ethylene tower installation.

The ethylene tower is 95 meters high and about 6 meters in diameter. The hoisting method of "single host lifting and auxiliary lifting delivery" is adopted to realize the hoisting of the tower light.
